Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Caring Moment Personal Services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services are designed to provide non-medical home support, companionship, personal care, advocacy, and end of life support as outlined in individual care agreements.

Scope of Services

Caring Moment Personal Services provides non-medical home support services including companionship, personal support, dementia care, respite support, home support, transportation assistance, emotional advocacy, family guidance, and end of life support.

Services do not replace medical care or emergency services and should not be considered medical advice or treatment.

Client Responsibilities

Clients and families are responsible for providing accurate information related to care needs, health conditions, and safety considerations. A safe working environment must be maintained for caregivers at all times.

Any changes to care needs, schedules, or conditions should be communicated promptly.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Service schedules are arranged in advance and may be adjusted based on availability and client needs. We request reasonable notice for cancellations or schedule changes whenever possible.

Failure to provide notice may result in applicable fees as outlined in individual service agreements.

Fees and Payment

Fees for services are discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of care. Payment terms, billing frequency, and accepted payment methods are outlined in individual agreements.

Outstanding balances may result in suspension of services until resolved.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide compassionate and professional care, Caring Moment Personal Services is not liable for outcomes beyond the scope of agreed services. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, medical emergencies, or decisions made outside our role.

Confidentiality

All client information is handled with confidentiality and respect in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice, subject to the terms outlined in individual service agreements.

Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
